Message Make it your self. If all you're looking to do is prevent the rear plate area/bumper cover from acting like an air brake, make some kind of fiberglass sheet to cover the whole underside of the car.

That would reduce the MINIMAL effect of the tailpiece drag, but may introduce new problems, as you have just put a wing surface under your car, and the air has to go somewhere. So unless it is a full undercar diffuser system like the R-34 GT-R has (can't find picture) I think you'd be going through alot of trouble for minimal gains (if any) and possible new issues.
